1. Saturday only day visit program: Cost $90 (sound bath included)
Program:
Arrive at 9.30, morning tea, walk, Yoga Nidra, vegetarian lunch, sound bath meditation
(by me), yoga class, fire ceremony, Dinner is at 6.30
The option is to go back to Melbourne after dinner around 7pm or stay for kirtan (chanting) and philosophical discussion which finishes at 8.30

2. Weekend Program – Cost min. $125 – or see table below
Same program as on Saturday and the weekend finishes at 2.30, which is after lunch.
