Evening: 18.00 -19.00 pm
Thursday Evenings: 19.30- 20.30 Music, mantra, meditation and yoga Nidra
Friday Mornings: Hatha Yoga 9.00 – 10.00 am
All classes are $15 . You can buy 6 classes for $80 or 10 classes for $150 and payment will be by bank transfer.
